To be held on Nov 9 and 10 in Bintang Ballroom, Level 5 of the Cititel Hotel in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, the 7th Edition ONE Australia Property Fair 2013 will feature a fine selection of Australian properties. The event opens daily from 11am to 7pm and is free admission by registration.
According to the organiser, Cyan Event Management managing director Charles Yong, the event will showcase brand new projects from major cities Down Under such as Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.
“We received great response from Australian participants in previous shows and we expect to have around 20 exhibitors joining us this time,” Yong said.
The ONE Australia Property Fair 2013 will exhibit prime projects, which include new launches by established real estate agents from Australia as well as Malaysian agents representing Australian projects. There will be diversity ranging from landed projects to apartment units.
Yong continued, “Australian properties are still much sought after by Asian investors including Malaysians. Most Malaysian businessmen perceive Australian properties as ideal as far as foreign property investments are concerned.”
The main decision factors in Australian property investment include proximity, property value, capital growth, currency exchange, living standard, education system and political stability.
