PETALING JAYA: Ayer Holding Bhd recently launched a health and fitness program called “Bukit Puchong Running Clinic”.
Details:
- Aimed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for residents of Bukit Puchong.
- Will feature 12 running clinics over six months.
- Participants will be guided by a professional running coach.
- Will focus on running techniques to minimise injuries.
- Will be conducted twice monthly, on alternate weekends starting at 7 am.
- Each clinic can accommodate up to 150 participants.

- Endurance running
- Speed work
- Race nutrition
- Injury prevention
“The role of a developer is beyond just selling a property, but also play an important part in developing an engaging community.
“We want Bukit Puchong to be the ideal sports hub for healthy activities such as walking, jogging, running and cycling,” said Ayer Holdings Bhd chief executive director Eugene Khoo.

- Bukit Puchong Running Clinic is complimentary and open to the public.
- The running clinics cater for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced runners.
- There will be pacers to lead during the run.
- Two running routes have been plotted, a 5km loop and a 16km loop, which include interval hill repeats and more challenging inclines in Bukit Puchong.
- Karen Siah, a regular podium marathoner has been appointed as the lead coach for the running clinic.
