Make a date with the StarProperty.my Fair i-City next month as it kicks off on Sept 13 with two free passes to fun attractions for first-time visitors.

THE StarProperty.my Fair i-City Edition will see a new partnership between i-City and StarProperty.my taking off with its maiden launch that is anticipated to give a new spin to the series of property fairs organised by StarProperty.my.
Envisioned as an ideal venue for developers to showcase their latest projects, the much-anticipated event will also give prospective buyers the chance to view the newest offerings in the market while allowing them to also experience and enjoy the latest theme park attractions at Leisure Park@i-City, which draws approximately 90,000 visitors weekly.
The StarProperty.my Fair i-City Edition will take place at i-Walk from Sept 13 to 16 (3pm to 9pm).

Showcasing i-City’s latest gems
The fair will see I-Bhd showcasing its i-City developments highlighting the i-Suite and the iconic The Jewel@i-City.
“The i-Suite development focuses on providing a hotel-type environment for home users, which will come fully furnished as per hotel specifications,” said Ong.
The serviced residences will feature four single and duplex layouts with built-up areas ranging between 566sq ft and 850sq ft with services by Best Western. The units are priced from RM770 per sq ft.
“One of i-Suite’s unique offerings is a panoramic view of the entire i-City development and also that of the upcoming iconic The Jewel@i-City from the vantage point of the units. The development will also be within walking distance to the Central Plaza Mall connected via a pedestrian link which is scheduled to open in 2017.”
The Jewel@i-City will comprise a 70-storey tower featuring a luxury hotel, residential units, offices and retail units. Scheduled to be launched in 2016, the development’s first residential units are expected to be completed by 2020.
“The master planned RM7bil ultrapolis will continue to unfold as we introduce more value-added facilities and amenities,” Ong added.

Tropicana’s showcase
The fair will see a selected range of properties being showcased by other developers, including Tropicana Corporation Bhd.
Tropicana will showcase its latest Tropicana Metropark mixed-use development situated strategically in the neighbourhood of Subang Jaya, Selangor, offering varied components comprising serviced residences, retail units, business suites, SoHos (Small office Home office), office towers and a shopping mall.
The development is thoughtfully designed with a modern setting and a maximised views of the Central Park for most units. The 88-acre (35.6ha) integrated development will be a haven for relaxation and leisure activities.
Tropicana will also be exhibiting its Pandora and Paloma developments at the fair. These projects mark the first two of its five serviced residences to be launched in phases. The development is thoughtfully designed with a modern setting with maximised view to the Central Park for most units.
The Pandora serviced residences was launched last year with a gross development value (GDV) of RM365mil. The 627 units of its Pandora serviced residences come with three design options – studio, two- and three-bedroom units with built-up areas ranging from 600sq ft to 1,200sq ft.
The price range for a unit starts from approximately RM800 per sq ft. The second phase of Tropicana Metropark features the Paloma serviced residences that come with a total GDV of RM465mil that comprise two residential towers and 16 duplex courtyard villas, offering a total of 587 residential units. The residences comprise studio units that come at an average size of 609sq ft as well as two- and three-bedroom units with built-up areas ranging from 1,259sq ft to 1,309sq ft, priced from RM850 per sq ft.
The township development that comes with a GDV of RM7.2bil will be surrounded by key transportation arteries and a plethora of amenities besides the proposed RM106mil flyover that will link the township to the Federal Highway.
More than 10% of the total acreage of land will be converted into a green park. 9.2 acres (3.72ha) of prime land in the development is dedicated for leisure and recreation. This will make Central Park a magnet of attraction where the residential, commercial and business elements can live, work and play at Tropicana Metropark.
