MJC’s SkyVilla condominium project at the new township in Kuching that will be promoted this weekend.
KUCHING: MJC City Development Sdn Bhd is offering a slew of property discounts and new launches at its Mid-Autumn Festival promotions here this weekend.
The company, which has just announced Level-Up Fitness as a tenant at an upcoming development, will host family events and public viewing at its showrooms within the new township.
MJC is offering RM5,000 discounts to the first five buyers of its SkyVilla Residence condominium today and tomorrow. Only units at Block C are still available since Blocks A and B were sold out even before completion, said a MJC press release this week.
“Block C, which is named Bella, consist of 128 units with built-up areas from 1,001-sq-ft to 1,378-sq-ft, in three or four bedroom configurations. The layout is modelled to resemble semi-detached houses with good ventilation and spaciousness,” it said.
Units are priced from RM438,888.

The developer recently also just introduced a “4U2OWN” scheme ahead of the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on April 1 next year.
Meanwhile, the MJC press release confirmed that the popular and ever growing Level-Up Fitness will be a tenant at Papillon Street Mall, the developer’s open air commercial complex that is in the works.
“Papillon Street Mall is the final commercial precinct that is being developed by MJC within this township. Investors who confirm their purchase now will receive a guaranteed rental return of 12% per annum for two years upon completion,” said the press release.
Prices per unit start from RM708,888 for the street mall that is scheduled for completion in 2015.
The developer is likely to soon announce the next phase of One Residency, a premium gated and guarded residential estate.
For the Mid-Autumn Festival promotion, the showrooms will remain open this weekend.
